Ms. Helen Huang currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Carestream International, where she oversees the company's human resource management. She is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness, building a robust talent pipeline, and fostering cultural integration, thereby providing strong organizational support for the company's global business development.
With over thirty years of comprehensive experience in human resource management, she joined the Midea Group in 2023 and subsequently assumed her current role at Carestream International. Leveraging her profound professional expertise, she excels in leading complex organizational transformations and executing talent strategies. Consistently adhering to the management philosophy of driving business development through talent, she has effectively supported the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
Ms. Huang previously served for more than fifteen years at GE and Siemens, leading companies in the global medical device industry, holding key positions such as Senior Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Carestream International, she held senior roles including Assistant Vice President (AVP), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO), and Senior HR Expert at OPPO, BGI Group, and MGI Tech.
Her extensive experience working in multinational corporations and living overseas has endowed her with exceptional cross-cultural leadership and a global perspective. She graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a major in Modern Physics Technology.
