Ms. Chris Qiu currently serves as the Finance Director at Carestream International. She is fully responsible for the company's financial strategy and operational management. Her responsibilities encompass Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), treasury management, internal controls, and global tax strategies.
She brings over 27 years of financial management experience, dedicated to driving sustainable, profitable growth for the company through data-driven and robust financial control. Her career footprint spans multiple key business sectors, including consumer electronics, industrial robotics, and medical devices, allowing her to accumulate profound cross-industry financial management wisdom.
Before assuming her current role, Ms. Qiu served as the Finance Director for China at KUKA, a global leader in industrial robotics. Prior to that, she was CFO of Midea's international business sector, having been dispatched overseas as the Finance Director in Midea U.S. She possesses extensive practical experience in managing complex cross-border financial architectures, finance operation and exchange rate risks.
Ms. Qiu possesses a broad international business perspective. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
